Zuma Bangkok summer seasonal menu featuring four unique dishes infused with the zesty notes of yuzu, lime, and ginger.

The dishes include Japanese Icefish Tempura with Yuzu Mayonnaise and Fresh Lime, Thinly Sliced Chu Toro with Chili Ponzu, Coriander and Garlic Crisps, Salt Grilled Sea Bass Fillet with Burnt Tomato and Ginger Relish and Lobster Bun with Truffle Dressing.
